Description
This online course is available for government of Canada employees only. It will provide participants with a better understanding of Network Based Sensors (NBS), their functionality, and how to troubleshoot problems related to NBS. It will also help accelerate the response time required to identify whether the root cause of a network problem is due to NBS.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
- define the roles, functionalities, and architecture of Network Based Sensors
- recall the NBS mitigation types
- recall diagnostics and PIKE functionalities
- recall how to access advanced support
Target audience
The target audience for this course is network engineers, practitioners, and technical experts.
This course would also be useful for retraining employees who have already completed this course as well as new employees who will work with NBS.
