DevSecOps is the exercise of integrating security practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Through security integration, applications and networks become more robust and better positioned to handle current and future cyber attacks. By understanding and implementing DevSecOps practices, developers can create code that is more secure, security professionals can work towards compliance and risk management goals, and executives can drive strategic initiatives that enhance overall organizational security.
