Purpose
The purpose of this advisory is to bring attention to the recently released security fixes for BIND.
Assessment
The Internet Systems Consortium (ISC) has released updates that address multiple vulnerabilities in BIND. Exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow a remote attacker to cause a denial-of-service condition.
Versions affected: BIND 9.1.0 -> 9.8.4-P2, 9.9.0 -> 9.9.2-P2.
