Purpose
The purpose of this alert is to bring attention to multiple vulnerabilities in Moodle Version 3.1.2.
Assessment
Moodle is an open sourced platform widely used for learning and training in educational facilities across Canada. CCIRC is aware of vulnerabilities in Moodle 3.1.2 or prior, that, if left unpatched, could either allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML and/or execute arbitrary code by uploading a file with an executable extension, and then accessing it via unspecified vectors
