Mozilla Releases Security Update

Assessment

Mozilla have released security updates to address vulnerabilities in Firefox and Firefox ESR.

Affected Versions:

  • Firefox 60.0.2 and prior versions
  • Firefox ESR 52.8.1
  • Firefox ESR 60.0.2

CVE Reference: CVE-2018-6126

Suggested Action

CCIRC recommends that owner/operators test and deploy the vendor released updates to the affected platforms in accordance with their risk mitigation framework.
