On 17 July 2019 Drupal released Core version 8.7.5 to address an access bypass vulnerability , identified as CVE-2019-6342. The conditions for this vulnerability exist when the experimental Workspaces module is enabled in Core version 8.7.4. Other versions of Drupal Core are unaffected.
