On 2 April 2020 B&R Industrial Automation published a security bulletin highlighting vulnerabilities affecting the following versions of Automation Studio:
• Automation Studio, Versions 4.0.x
• Automation Studio, Versions 4.1.x
• Automation Studio, Versions 4.2.x
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.3.11SP
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.4.9SP
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.5.4SP
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.6.3SP
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.7.2
• Automation Studio, versions prior to 4.8.1
Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could allow an actor to read, write or delete arbitrary files from the affected system.
